Bio

Coach Britt has been involved with football as a wide receiver and coach for 12 years. Britt

 

played quarterback at Western Alamance High School (Elon, NC) from 2006-2009 where he

 

accomplished three-time all-area and all-conference performer and was named all-state his

 

sophomore and junior seasons. Coach Britt is also responsible for back-to-back state

 

championship appearances, recording one win and the most valuable offensive player award

 

in both games.

 

Britt was a 4-year starter at UNC Pembroke (Pembroke, NC) where he played wide receiver

 

from 2009-2012. During that time, he hauled in 50 catches for 1,500 yards and 5 touchdowns.

 

After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences in 2013, Britt spent two

 

seasons of his coaching career at UNC Pembroke where he was able to gain more knowledge

 

about how to teach and play the position by assisting wide receiver coach Jamie Deese.

 

Although Coach Britt started his career coaching football, his knowledge continues to grow

 

through training. He helps develop athletes’ speed, agility, strength, muscular endurance,

 

mobility, overall coordination and movement. Coach Britt has been employed by Southeastern

 

Fitness Center (Lumberton, NC), O2 Fitness (Wilmington, NC) and Crunch Fitness (Clearwater,

 

FL).
