Coach Hands has been involved with football as a defensive tackle for 16+ years. Hometown native of Wilmington, NC, Hands had a illustrious prep career at E.A. Laney High School where he was a four-year letterman and team captain for Coach Gordon Walters. Hands was selected to play in the Carolinas Shrine Bowl and the East-West All-Star Game.
At East Carolina, A high-impact, talented and imposing performer who hopes to bounce back from a third shoulder surgery to regain reputation as one of the top defensive ends at the Conference USA and national level ... When healthy, has the ability to completely take over a game on the defensive side of the ball, forcing many opponents to engage in double-team blocking assignments or base its running attack in another direction.
In 2008, despite a shortened season from a 3rd shoulder surgery, Hands was still selected preseason first-team All-Conference USA squad by Phil Steele Magazine.
Coach Hands has been on tour for 3 years with Film To Field camps.
